RMG Rapid Mixer Granulator Description:

  SMG Wet Granules Making Machine can be widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industry etc for experiment.

 It is composed of mainframe,speed reducer,dicharging institution,chopped cutter(Auxiliary mixing),operating electrical box and balance pot cover. Wet Granulation Machine can finish the mixing, humidification,granulating in one time

Functions:

Mixing

Fully mix:The innovative design of the Z shape type impeller results in excellent and even overall mixing of the product even it is operated at low speeds. Low shear force can reach gentle and even mixing results. the center cone makes the material not to store in the pan botton and dead corner,then there is need to overturn or rock the pot body.

Granulating

Granules of highest quality are produced thanks to the excellent and controlled mixing of the

product and the uniform dispersion of the spray fluid. The large granulation zone together with the excellent blending performance of the Z shape type impeller providing reproducible product results even if the API content is extremely low. Depending on the selected product and the binder fluid, the particle size of the granule can be varied and controlled by optimizing the process parameters.

Features:

1.High efficient production,mixing and granulating are finished in 8-15mins.

2.  Good granules,the sizes are very uniform,firm,liquidity is good after drying.

3.   suitable for heat sensitive material, mixing time is short,the heat generated because of the friction between material is less.

4.Compound mechanical , air sealing straucture avoid leakage and cross-contamination.

5.The material is ss316,ss304 stainless steel which will not react with the material

6.Can be used to combine with fluid bed dryer.

7.WIP online cleaning system can be choosen to install.
